The ample deck over looks the beach and ocean for dynamite views. The deck is furnished with plenty of patio furniture and large gas grill.

The lower patio has a hot/cold outdoor shower. The backyard is large and child friendly. There's plenty of room for volleyball, baseball, tag, or kite flying. The front yard has ample off street parking for 4 cars.
